Since all pieces are made to order, CHALSIE JOAN is unable to accept returns.

However, an exchange for a different size or colour way is available once an order has been returned within 7 days of receipt.

Items must be unworn and in original condition as order received.

Items purchased from any Sample & Archive sale section are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These pieces are offered at a reduced price and are sold as seen.

Shipping of goods are the responsibility of the buyer.
